Group Training with Relays & Races
Ok so when your training the same people week in and week out you have to keep things exciting for them and as much as you want to be a tough ass all the time you have to also make things FUN! So break it up once in a while and set up a “Day of Champions” workout. So kind of like I did here in this video, break your group up into teams of 3,5 6 whatever works with the amount of people you have that day. Then Bring a score board and have them all write their team names down so you can keep track of points . Everyone likes some competition sometimes and it really makes them kick their training up a level.
We host 3 hour bootcamp a few times a year for our clients and they LOVE it, its 3 hours of fun team building games, relays, obstacles and Strong Man Challenges. You can even make them a themed event during a Holiday, get creative and give your clients something new in their training!
